BOOKING POLICY

A clear route from request to consultation.

This policy explains how consultation requests, service bookings, quotations, scheduling and payment are handled through ONYX STRAT.

STATUS Effective immediately
1
MAKING A REQUEST

Start with a consultation request.

Consultation and service requests can be submitted through the contact and booking form on the ONYX STRAT. website.

You can select the service that most closely matches your requirements and provide information about your business, objectives and the type of support you are looking for.

If you are unsure which service is appropriate, you can indicate this when submitting your request. The requirements can then be discussed before a service is confirmed.

2
BOOKING PROCESS

Four simple stages before work begins.

01 Request

Submit your consultation or service enquiry through the website.

02 Discussion

Requirements, objectives and the proposed service are discussed.

03 Confirmation

The scope, deliverables, timing and applicable fee are agreed.

04 Payment

Payment arrangements are provided after the service has been confirmed.

A website request is an enquiry rather than an automatic confirmed booking. A service becomes confirmed once the relevant arrangements have been agreed.

3
SERVICE SELECTION

Choosing the right starting point.

The website provides several strategy services.

The service selected in the initial request is used as a starting point. The final scope can be adjusted following discussion where the requirements call for a different combination of work.

Where the requested work falls outside the scope of the selected service, the revised scope and fee will be discussed before any additional work is undertaken.

4
QUOTATIONS

Starting prices are not fixed quotes.

WEBSITE PRICING FROM

Starting prices provide an indication of the level at which each service begins.

The final fee is based on the actual scope of work, requirements, deliverables, project complexity and level of work involved.

The applicable fee will be confirmed before the service is confirmed and before payment is arranged.

5
CONFIRMATION

Your booking is confirmed before payment.

After receiving a request, ONYX STRAT. will review the information provided and discuss the requirements where necessary.

The agreed service scope, expected deliverables, timing and applicable fee will be confirmed before the booking is treated as final.

SCOPE What will be provided
TIMING When the work will take place
FEE What the agreed service costs
6
PAYMENT

Payment follows confirmation.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically create an immediate payment obligation.

Payment instructions, amount and available payment methods are provided separately once the service scope and fee have been confirmed.

Where payment is required before work begins, the project will normally commence after the agreed payment requirement has been completed.

PAYMENT SEQUENCE Request → Confirmation → Payment → Service
7
CONSULTATION TIMES

Agree a time that works for the project.

Preferred dates and times can be provided when submitting a request.

A requested time is not guaranteed until it has been reviewed and confirmed.

Where the requested time is unavailable, an alternative time will be discussed with the client.

8
CHANGING A BOOKING

Plans change. Let us know early.

If you need to change an agreed consultation time or project arrangement, please contact ONYX STRAT. as soon as reasonably possible.

Where availability permits, a consultation may be rescheduled to another mutually agreed time.

A change to the appointment time does not automatically create a new booking or restart any applicable cancellation period.

9
CANCELLATION

Cancellation is kept straightforward.

Eligible customers may have a 14-day cancellation right from the date the relevant service agreement is confirmed.

Where a service has been requested to begin during the cancellation period, the treatment of cancellation will depend on the work already carried out and applicable consumer rights.

For full details regarding cancellation and refunds, please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10
CLIENT INFORMATION

Accurate information helps the work start properly.

Clients should provide information that is accurate, relevant and sufficient for the agreed service.

Where documents, business information or other material is required to complete the work, delays in providing the requested information may affect the agreed timetable.

ONYX STRAT. may rely on information supplied by the client when preparing assessments, strategy materials or other agreed deliverables.

11
PROJECT SCOPE

Changes are discussed before extra work.

If requirements change after a booking has been confirmed, the original scope may need to be reviewed.

Where the requested change materially affects the work, the additional scope, delivery timing and fee will be discussed before the additional work is undertaken.

This helps keep the agreed service and project cost clear for both parties.

12
SERVICE DELIVERY

Work begins once arrangements are ready.

Strategy work will normally begin once the service scope, requirements, timing and applicable payment arrangements have been confirmed.

Delivery times depend on the agreed scope and the information required to complete the work.

Any estimated timeframe provided during the enquiry stage is an indication unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
